Collapsible (foldable) rigid boxes give you the weight and finish of a set-up box but travel flat. The walls are scored greyboard panels; double-sided tape or magnets hold the box in shape once folded.

They suit apparel, shoes, cosmetics sets and wine, and any programme where warehouse space or ocean freight is a real cost. Most of our collapsible boxes close with a magnetic flap; ribbon and handle options are available.

How much freight space does a collapsible box save?

Folded flat, a collapsible box typically takes 60–70% less carton volume than the same box shipped assembled. Exact savings depend on box depth; we calculate them for your size.

Is a collapsible box as strong as a rigid set-up box?

Once folded and locked, the walls use the same 1.5–2 mm greyboard as a set-up box. For heavy contents we add an internal tray or a thicker base.

Can customers re-flatten the box?

Yes, most designs can be opened back to flat for storage, which makes them popular as reusable gift boxes.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We accept low MOQs for most custom boxes. Simple structures can start from a few hundred pieces; the exact MOQ depends on size, materials and finishes, and we state it on every quotation.

How long do samples and production take?

Samples take 5–7 days after artwork and dieline approval. Mass production takes 15–25 days depending on quantity and complexity. Shipping time is added on top.
