What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We accept low MOQs for most custom boxes. Simple structures can start from a few hundred pieces; the exact MOQ depends on size, materials and finishes, and we state it on every quotation.

How long do samples and production take?

Samples take 5–7 days after artwork and dieline approval. Mass production takes 15–25 days depending on quantity and complexity. Shipping time is added on top.

Can you make a box in my exact size?

Yes. Every box is made to order: send internal dimensions (length × width × height) of your product, or the product itself, and we engineer the dieline around it.

Which printing and finishing options do you offer?

CMYK and Pantone printing, hot foil stamping (gold, silver, holographic), embossing and debossing, spot UV, matte, gloss and soft-touch lamination, and specialty papers.

Do you offer OEM and ODM service?

Yes. Send your own artwork and dieline (OEM), or let our team develop the structure and artwork guide from your brief (ODM).

What information do you need for a quotation?

Box style, internal size, quantity, materials or finish preferences, insert type, and your delivery country. Artwork or a reference photo helps us quote accurately.
