A wine exporter wanted a premium single-bottle case for gifting season, without paying to ship air in assembled rigid boxes.
What we built
- Collapsible rigid structure that folds from flat to standing in one motion and locks on magnets.
- Satin-lined insert with a bottle cradle so the bottle does not move in transit.
- Navy art paper with a gold foil line at the opening edges.
- Shipped flat in master cartons, cutting freight volume compared with set-up boxes.
